'Onus on states to implement SC order quashing Sec 66A' https://ift.tt/eA8V8J

The Union government informed the Supreme Court that the onus lies with the states to implement the apex court’s 2015 judgment quashing the ‘draconian’ section 66A of Information and Technology Act and said that it has repeatedly advised the states to drop all cases registered under the provision.
