Monsoon begins to withdraw after 2nd-longest delay in 40 years https://ift.tt/eA8V8J

Summer monsoon commenced its withdrawal from northwest India on Wednesday against the normal date of September 17. It’s the second most delayed withdrawal of the southwest monsoon in 40 years. Withdrawal from Delhi-NCR and remaining parts of north-west India is likely to be complete in the next 3-4 days.
