In the battleground of viruses, a clear dominator this monsoon has been the influenza A subtype H3N2 that has surpassed two recent pandemic viruses, H1N1 (swine flu) and SARS-CoV-2. Co-circulating with H3N2 is Influenza B's sublineage Victoria, which is contributing to a small portion of cases nationwide.
